play all 3 cards placing splinter twin on dryad arbor tap arbor to make another dryad arbor now tap heirophant to untap the initial dryad arbor now tap it to make another dryad arbor which in turn will untap heirophant so you can again untap arbor repeat infinitely this is great by itself but if needed you could always toss in altar of dementia for fun
