Mountain = Chandra’s Phoenix

I do have a question here:

If you play Fling, sac Chandra’s Phoenix.

Does Chandra’s Phoenix go to the graveyard before the damage on target player?

If so, can you use Chandra’s Phoenix\'s abillity?

you have to sac the pheonix before you fling it so yes it would be in the graveyard

I'd probably use reckless abandon in this case with chandra's phoenix for 4 damage instead of 2 for fling.
