Talk about a static game! 

If you can't beat your opponent with what is on the table, hand, or graveyard then you just keep taking another turn and since your opponent never draws another card he/she can't win unless they have the winning card in their hand. 

If all else fails... draw!  I'd call ya' for stalling!  lol

Would do well with a mini-mill deck.

maybe im a little slow today lol  but what are you using to keep drawing beacon and how are you producing that much mana??   eventually wouldn't you have milled yourself?

the beacon would be the only card left in your deck and you would draw it every turn
