LIFE/ DEATH would be in the list but I cannot list it in this combo however it is in the database to look at how it works:play solemn turn 4 play deathmantle and altar turn 5 then turn 6 play crawler and life /death use life to make your lands creatures now sacrifice a land to ashnod's altar for 2 mana then soloemn for another 2 mana when it dies you get to draw 1 card making opponent lose 1 life now use the 4 mana to return solemn to play with deathmantle allowing you to search for another land to put into play which will keep this loop going if opponent has no life gain you will need 20 lands in your deck to create a loss of life that is 20 but in this case a land loaded deck couldn't hurt
either way the concept is kill opponent with loss of life by drawing and using your land as creature to make sure you can return solemn to play enough times to win

I've found that if it's in the database and you can't get it to add it, just copy/past the card as it appears in the database in the field and it will add it. 

For instance you would have Life/Death (Life) in the field.

I like that this is all colorless, so it can be in almost any deck.  (except life/death, but green would be nice for a deck like this anyway).
