Assuming you have at least one creature to spare, kill it with the Blasting Station to hurt yourself. Darien pops his new soldier out, Suture Priest gains your life back and makes your opponent lose a life, and Blasting Station untaps, ready for action again! If you REALLY want to make it interesting, add a Dingus Staff, which would increase your output and allow to target Blasting Station elsewhere if need be. If you want to add black, pop a Grave Pact in there as well for fun. But where's the fun in that?

The sutre priest makes yer oppentant lose life when they play a creature.

The combo have a awesome mechanism and runs with only three cards. But doesn't work that way:
Suture Priest deals damage when a creature enter in the OPPONENT battlefield, in the end you will get a combo that makes you lose 1 life and gain 1 life, lose 1 life and gain 1 life....
An option to the combo work, EXPENSIVE, but work, is add Stalking Vengeance to this.

I didn't add Dingus Staff because I didn't want the combo to be too big, but that solves the problem and keeps it mono white.

Dingus Staff will deal damage to you if you use it: the tokens that die, are of your control, this means YOU will take damage. LOL. But for one of the first posts that you write, that isn't bad. If you see the firsts that i posted, man.... terrible. xP

PokemonBiologist, I made this same mistake the other day and I know better as I've used Suture in a good amount of combos.  You just get it stuck in your head.

Dealing damage to yourself is the entire point, you see. If you can sacrifice one soldier to do one damage anywhere you want, and then get two more from Darien because of the staff (with your life back, of course), it chains as much as you want.

Hissing Iguanar would work in place of Suture Priest.

Simply add another Suture Priest to make this infinite life gain as well... and then Warstorm Surge for infinite damage... lol, great engine you made PokemonBiologist. I may steal this for an EDH deck I'm planning with Darien.

add a kill condition... use Altar of Dementia for infinite deck peel potential (sacrifice the creatures one you have a pile of them, make the entire library of the opponent disappear)... and yes... it remains mono-white too

or add Ashnod's Altar and Goblin Cannon for infinite damage
