I love this combo for the theme of it, that it works really well, and that it makes your opponent sacrifice stuff so you can get around all those Hexproof style abilities, Shroud, Indestructable, etc. and anything can go down.

Put the Nightmare out and cycle between two Rishadan Cutpurses.  Every time one comes into play your opponent needs to pay 1 or sacrifice something and if he sacrifices his lands he'll be out of luck real soon. 

I love the psychology of this too because your opponent will need to keep a land open and ready and if you can dark ritual a quick 2nd or 3rd cutpurse cycle he's going to have to start losing stuff and make the wrong decision and the combo dominoes fast. 

Add in Icy Manipulator or anything else that taps and this quick combo will be better than a stampeding Eldrazi!  lol

if they play a card on their turn all lands become tapped allowing you to force the sacrifices. Also use cards that force a cost on their upkeeps to totally ruin them.
