With Spirit Mirror on the board and an Amoeboid Changeling, Tap the Changeling to make one of your opponent's creatures all creature types.  Then use the Spirit Mirror to destroy that creature as it is now a Reflection creature.  This combo is very similar to the one posted that makes all of your opponent's creatures Reflections using Shield of Velis Vel, but differs in that this combo stays on the board and keeps messing up their creature drops.

As a note, you WILL get a new reflection (unless you already have a token) every turn from the Spirit Mirror while Amoeboid Changeling is on the board because he doesn't satisfy the clause "if there are no reflection TOKENS on the battlefield".  Because the changeling isn't a token, he doesn't count.

Also, if do have a reflection token, you can't use Amoeboid Changeling's second ability to remove the creature type from the reflection in time to trigger the Spirit Mirror's Beginning of Upkeep ability.  The ability has something called an "Intervening 'If' Clause" that, like choosing targets for a spell, needs to be true and legal at the time it would trigger and at the time it resolves.  If the 'If' clause isn't true when it resolves, it does nothing; if the 'If clause isn't true when it Would trigger, it doesn't trigger, this is before you have a chance to activate an ability for the turn.

To sum all that up for everyone one else?

This allows you to kill sh...stuff.  And give you a 2/2 creature that nobody cares about.

I have to say, it's too bad it doesn't say "sacrifice reflecction" and you could get around indestructables and untargetables.  It would be wrong.

well, you have to target it with the changeling first anyway, so the sacrificing thing wouldn't matter.
