Use Vines of Vastwood with the kicker cost paid in Phyrexian Hydra. So use Souls Fire, that aren't in the database, to deal 11 poison counters to the opponent. Works well when you need to break the combo Platinum Angel + Indestructible.

Uh, doesn't Platinum Angel say you can't lose the game?  I would say it means it.

Zektar Shrine Expedition + Tainted strike + Giant Growth, then Soul's Fire to throw 11 infect one way, and swing with a 11/4 trample infect

I don't see how this is a combo.

This is like me saying...

Play Grizzly bears then put a Holy Strength on it then put an Unholy Strength on it then Giant Growth it then Brute Force it then Berserk it then Fling it then cast another Grizzly Bears...

Well ParadoxRemix, i respect your view of what a combo is. But for me, is nothing more than a combination of spells or abilities that results in a specific effect. In this case, is a combination of 3 cards that results in 11 poison counters.
The example that you posted, expensive and so long to play, is hard to call a combo because of the multiple turns and sequences that you have to made to work well.
But the combo that i posted, work when you get 5 manas, ending the game in two turns or 10 manas ending in only one, despiting any potential blockers and giving hexproof to the Hydra in the moment that you cast the spells.
But in any cases, i understand your opinion and respect. But for me, this still a combo.

its a combo to me too... as it would have a desired and specific effect far greater than the cards played separately, and also at a fast pace, 3-4 cards in a combo is not hard to pull off if one is a permanent, as there are a lot of search cards out there... i think the hydra is only meant as a potential show of what can be done with these cards.. this combo opened my eyes to souls fire with infect... realizing it works (unlike fling) for instant poison counters

"But for me, is nothing more than a combination of spells or abilities that results in a specific effect."

Any combination of spells or abilties result in a specific effect, even the ones I posted.

Giant Oyster and Twiddle will result in a specific effect, that doesn't make it a combo.

And if you're looking for a combo with infect, why not use the much faster and cheaper Kiln Fiend + Tainted Strike + Brute Force/Giant Growth/any pump spell that adds 2 or more power?

If you're looking for a combo, why not Channel-Fireball? That could be said about any combo.

If you use Kiln Fiend and Tainted Strike, it isn't a combo, because Kiln Fiend has a specific ability that relates to instants and sorceries. Problem?

ParadoxRemix, as i said i respect your opinion. And about the first and larger combo that you post, really are a combo, but much hard to play.
And your infect combo posted have many problems: 1 - If the opponent have a 1/1 creature in play, your combo don't work, that result in one more card in the combo to give trample or unblockable. 2 - If the opponent have a Doom Blade, your combo don't work, that Vines of Vastwood helps. 3 - Yes, the combo that i posted is expensive, but give 11 poison counter + 11/11 Hexproof, Infect creature for one turn, without considering the opportunity to use Reverberate in Soul Fire instead of Vines. But this doesn't mean that your combo is a shit, as you write is much cheap and faster, so post it, what matters a combo in a topic and not in the database?
And as Drago_lich posted:''as it would have a desired and specific effect far greater than the cards played separately, and also at a fast pace, 3-4 cards in a combo is not hard to pull off...'' That's my opinion.
I think the objective of this site is to share combos and informations to all that seek them. Not for wasting time discussing if something is a combo or not. That's ridiculous.

Yes, this combo can be stopped
in so many ways and are expensive. I've only put Vines of Vastwood, instead of Groundswell or Giant Growth, because if you cast Vines without an opponent casting a counter or a destroy in sequence, you have a little more security to the combo work well.
But it's obvious there are some other best infect combos than that, like: infect creature + double strike + some spell to give unblockable, that are more faster.
The idea that i tried to pass is only how a infect creature + Souls Fire can work well, the Hydra and Vines are only an option that how you can use it, not the definitely.
In anyway, thanks for the comments and the critics. XD
