If a player would draw a card, that player exiles the top card of one of their opponents' libraries face down instead. Each player may look at cards they exiled with this enchantment, and they may play lands and cast spells from among those cards.

You exile every card from your library then you get to play with your opponents cards while they have none.

So that enchantment makes your opponent play with your deck and you play with his?  That ain't right!  Better have some good mana producers out and with the mana to get this out I hope he doesn't have an enchantment remover in his hand or this is gonna be a short game!  lol

I would absolutely love to see this work.

If you exile every card from your library than you have no library which means you lose the game...

Having no library doesn't cause you to lose the game. Not being able to draw does. Shared fate makes it so that neither player has to draw anymore. The point of removing your libary is that Shared Fate still alows you to have cards, you just can't have the ones in your deck.
