i am not 100% certain if this is how this would work, but here is my combo idea.

1) Use Infiltrator's ability to gain control of an opponent's creature. Your opponent now controls the Infiltrator.

2) Use Dominating Licid to gain control of the Infiltrator.

3) Use Infiltrator's ability to gain control of another creature, then remove the Licid.

4) Repeat with Licid and Infiltrator to gain control over every creature you want.
