Pretty straight forward - cast Whispersilk Cloak on Phage.
Phage can no longer be blocked, thus your opponent will lose the game when Phage attacks.

This is terrible.
This isn't a combo at all.
You're just putting an equipment on an already spectacular creature.

Shroud won't save it If they have a destroy all card. Shroud only protects it if it is the only target.
