Kinda self-explanatory.....Coretapper feeds the Magistrate's Scepter, and Kiki-Jiki allows you a sacrificial coretapper every turn. Every turn just happens to be yours...

Add in Thornbite Staff on Kiki-Jiki and you can add an infinite amount of counters to Magistrate's Scepter in one turn, so that you don't have to continue copying the same creature every turn.
