At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent lost 2 or more life this turn, you may put a quest counter on this enchantment. (Damage causes loss of life.) Whenever a card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, if this enchantment has three or more quest counters on it, you may have that player lose 2 life. If you do, you gain 2 life.

As it says. Active bloodchief ascension 1 damage and they mill or die.

I'd doubt you'd see anyone milled to death by that.

and getting bloodcheif with counters isn't very easy

Its a 1 mana enchantment. You just need to make them loose 2 life 2 times.

This combo is fast and ugly. plus the damage isnt really even necessary. if they cast an instant or sorcery or a permanent goes to their graveyard it kicks. They have to maintain a perfect play state from then on.

mesmeric orb... nothing can tap/untap. thus most cards in play are useless and toss in some fatestichers and mill your self to one unearth it and tap something ftw.

They need to lose 2 life three times, but it's still easy to pull off.

In multiplayer just have Seizan, Perverter of Truth on the field. Each player loses two life and draws two cards. Easy.
