Cruel and Unusual (fixed)

All permanents are artifacts in addition to their other types. All cards that aren't on the battlefield, spells, and permanents are colorless. Players may spend mana as though it were mana of any color.

( can be paid with either or .) Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell, counter that spell. That player creates X 1/1 white and blue Bird creature tokens with flying, where X is the spell's mana value.

Flying Other creatures have base power and toughness 1/1.

Vigilance Other creatures you control get +2/+2. Creatures your opponents control get -2/-2.
