What would happen if your opponent casts final fortune and Stranglehold is in the battlefield? Would he lose the game?

I think nothing would happen, but I\'m not very sure. Does it work?

If you have a question about an effect just go to Forums and put it in General Discussion because these aren't combos.

When you want to post up an image you use the image feature.  Links can contain viruses and you don't want to be responsible for handing out those.

If I were to judge this I would say nothing happens.  Since Stranglehold says "skip that turn" specifically targeting that turn and Final Fortune says, "you lose the game at the end of that turn" you simply can't lose the game at the end of that turn because you never got it. 

My last question is why bother cast the spell if you're not going to get it?
