Play the Exarch, enchant with Splinter Twin, tap for a copy. When the copy comes in, activate the untap ability targeting the enchanted Exarch. Repeat as necessary.

I've seen this posted elsewhere, so I won't take credit. Wow does this seem broken.

Yes they were, they were trying to make an answer to Caw-blade, to refresh the format.

Splinter Twin is Red. Deceiver Exarch is Blue. I counter/burn your priest and I kill you..

dont forget white has stuff like Silence in type 2 (though i dont play type 2 myself) to stop the burn from happening... or much, much worse in the past vs burn... i have a card that states that for each damage done to creatures and players by spells, the spells' controller takes that much damage

Don't let him fool you.  Nobody uses Silence.

All the cool crazy control combos and it still hasn't seen action.

Splinter Exarch is the first combo deck in Standard to actually see play.

Just as counter/burn is an answer to the priest, there is an answer to the counter/burn... I could also be running blue to counter.

It does get fun when that stack gets to be 10 feet high with abilities and spell.
