To begin you cast high tide. You then use the Fatesticher to untap the land. Spend one mana to untap the stitcher and proceed to untap the island as much as you want. Once you have enough mana to force every one to draw every card in their deck cast prosperity using the null Brooch to counter any counter spells with the fatesticher untaping it as well. Once you\\\'ve drawn all the cards if someone still has a library cast a spell and counter it yourself. Then discard the cards in whatever order you want to draw them and put them back ontop of your library.

It's a good idea,but like with almost every other Library of Leng combo on this site, the wording isn't taken into account. Library of Leng only puts them on top of your library if an EFFECT causes you to discard. If the discard is part of a cost, it doesn't happen.

These are old combos. We know about the rulings now, but we didn't then.
