Easy. Make the lands creatures and watch them die and untap to make another land a creature and so on and so forth.

If a card has no mana cost printed on it, the converted mana cost is zero.

Oh nevermind. you are saying you target your opponent's lands. It would have helped if i read the title.

That's what i thought too, but i've never been sure because in Futuresight there was a land with transmute, which lets you search for another card with the same CMC, and in the reminder text it said that it would be zero
