is there supposed to be a experiment kraj in here? it would allow for, tap, add two blue to your pool, pay one blue, untap.

Krag is not needed imprint the gem and soliton onto the myr. So tap the myr to get 2 blue use 1 to untap the myr

Based one another one of your threads you might not realize that when an object rrefers to itself if that ability is picked up by another the name changes to reflect the new object. So the myr reads pay U untap myr welder

I think it would be cool if they didn't change it, so the card would gain the ability and it would say untap Soliton, so both creatures do the same thing!

This isn't limited to only inifnite blue, this can make infinite of any color or as much of each as you want.  See Below

Tap: Add UU
U: untap; U floating
Tap: Add BB; U floating
U: untap; BB floating
Tap: Add UU; UUBB floating
U: untap; UBB floating
Tap: Add RR; UBBRR floating
U: untap; BBRR floating
Tap: Add UU; UUBBRR floating
