NOTE: for some reason Venser, the Sojourner wasn't in the database so please pretend he's in the combo, but to be honest he can be switched out with most other planeswalkers for this combo and still rape so just plug in whatever you want.
Have two crystals out to make clockspinning\'s buyback free. Use clockspinning to add a counter to Venser everytime, or the gemstone it really doesn\'t matter because everytime you cast it the inexorable tide can add one to both everytime. Use the gemstone to keep resupplementing the one blue it takes to cast clockspinning, which allows you to add infinite counters to Venser. Somewhere along the line pop vensers -8 ability but continue casting clockspinning so you can exile everything they have out and everything they ever will have out. Fun game? Technically clockspinning can be replaced by any other one mana cost card with buyback as long as you have right amount of crystals in play, i just chose clockspinning because it fits the theme and i love it so much, but somethong with a buyback cost of two may be preferable so you only need one crystal.

this exiles, run jace mind sculptor instead. his ability is -12 mill a players deck out, shuffle their hand into their deck.

Yeah, like i said he can be replaced by any planeswalker, i just thought the combo would be a lot more interesting with him

This is awesome, but you do have to clockspin onto the gemstone array, and not Venser. Otherwise you lose a mana every iteration. Just let the proliferate do its magic and you'll be shiny.

Hmmm...yeah looks like you're right, which means clockspinning is a necessary part of the combo. Yay!
