First, you'll need two other goblins, then place down morphed Trumpeter, goblin Warrens, Skirk Prospector and Mana Echoes.
sac. you two extra goblins, mana echoes gives you three mana and you get three goblins, sac. one to the Prospector, and do it again, and again until you have the desired amount of mana, then use all you mana to flip you warbreak trumpeter

Nice. Just to be sure, you have more ideas for mana echos in a goblin deck, right?

All those cards are good for a goblin deck (except mabye warbreak) which is what makes it so powerful. But, well my goblin deck is rather bad, so not really.
