start by playing the two Megrims.

then play Pain Magnfication.

play Kaervek.

Lastly(if u want) play Hostility.

use the effect of of Kaervek so that every tome the play a card with a converted mana of three or more they would take damage equal to it. throw in the Migrin and that three damage just became 7. add more Megims for Better damage.

 

 

P.S if u really want to tick them off throw in a Hostility and Over run them With The Tokens.(your Choice)
