I'm not sure whether this stradegy is well-known or not, but I first saw it in one of my buddy's decks so i'll have to give him props for it. He and I started playing a little bit before the guys over at WotC updated the legendary rule to its current standard of two permanents of the same name and both under the legendary supertype are immediately sent to the graveyard, which was a rule that came out with the mirrodin block which was right before the set kokusho was from. In this case the intention of the rule is ironically twisted to a single players advantage by simply playing both kokushos and thus draining 10 life from each opponent and gaining it for himself. After that, its pretty easy to get them back out with something like the graverobber's flip side ability or with other ressurection-type cards like exhume or animate dead or living end or reya dawnbringer. An alternative way to rock this combo is by using it in an all-out dragon deck with cards like dragonstorm and bladewing the risen to further maximize kokusho's potential. And on top of it all, kokusho was a part of a five color cycle of dragons that are all succeptable to the same exact stradegy (kokusho is just one of the better ones and can fit into ressurection decks the easiest)
