Ever liked someone else's creatures, but really couldn't decide because you were scared to give them back if you switched?  Well now you don't have to! 

Bring out 2 Helms, grab an opponents creature and sac his creature to get another one of his creatures!

you could do this continuously until they have no creatures and you have their best creature!  NICE!

You need Ashnod's Altar for sac engine maybe?

Well, you need to sac a creature to active the next Helm so unfortunately you'll need to get your mana elsewhere.  I'm sure there are a hundred combos in here for that anyway!  lol
