It's pretty easy.  Play the Kavu for free, it deals it's damage through Pandemonium, target the other Kavu, repeat.

I believe to start this you would need a third green or red creature.

Actually you would only need one Kavu because when it enters the battlefield it can target itself

That's what I'd been thinking, though "target" wouldn't be the right word to use.
