The objective of this combo is to keep all creatures perpetually tapped.

Once you have Tangle and Isochron Scepter in your hand, play Isochron Scepter. Imprint Tangle onto Isochron Scepter.

Bring Grand Melee into play. Ensure that you have two mana free each turn to prevent any combat damage.
