Black Vise was restricted for a reason. This combo is a good reason. Prosperity for 7... throw down black vise.. and ouch! If you opponent had 4 cards in hand his/her last turn then they are going to take 7 damage come their upkeep. Unless they have a way to quickly empty their hand or rid the game of the Vise, they are in for some pain.
