Have Soul's Attendant and Leonin Relic-Warder on the field, then enter Phyrexian Metamorph as a coy of Leonin Relic-Warder, have it exile itself, which brings it back and so on and so forth. Gain infinite life with Soul's Attendant

Also, you only need white to make this work. Did I mention it's legal in all formats?

if you exiled the metamorph to it self it would be removed from thegame permanently

no because when it gets exiled the first trigger resolved at which time the second trigger goes on the stack.  The only time it would exile itself permantly is if  the second ability resolves before the 1st which means it would need to get removed before the 1st ability resolves, which can't happen

so let me get this straight, are we exiling both at the same time, targeting each other and then having them both come back and infinitely repeat?

The Relic-Warder is just there for the Metamorph to be a copy of; it's not part of the combo. The Metamorph simply exiles itself as it's still an artifact in addition to a creature. Basically this is what happens:

1. First ability triggers as it enters
2. Target itself and leaves the battlefield
3. As a result Second ability triggers
4. Repeat
