I love this.  If they deal damage to you they lose twice as much life as you do!

Can anyone answer this?  Is Culmulative Upkeep something that this Transedance stops?  I hate the wording life loss.  It should be damage or something.

So lets say something had a Culmulative Upkeep of 1 Life.  The rules say "lose life" etc. etc. but the way I read it that losing life to Culmulitive Upkeep couldn't be redirected while this card says, when you "lose life".  So I was wondering how that worked.

For instance, you have Reverance in play and the drop a Glacial Chasm.  How does that work?

Every time your life changes, it's considered a gain/lose life... so paying life is losing life... and also don't forget the lose the game at 20 or more...

correct shaki but remember the loss at 20 life is a trigger ability so if you gain life which puts you over 20 both the lose game and the bond trigger at the same time you can put the transcendece on the stack first so that the bond resolves first SBE's are checked afterwards sees your opponent at 0 and the game ends then before the transcendence kills you.
