Pretty easy old school first turn kill. 

Everyone loved Juggernauts.  Quick casting 5 damage.  Heck, we didn't even care that they had a meager toughness. 

Then someone came up with a silly way of taking out their opponent on the first turn with them!

Drop the Lotus, make some green mana and suddenly 4 Juggernauts come over.
