Play Crypt Rats, enchant them with Inviolability and Spirit Link. Tap X black mana, Crypt Rats will deal X damage to everything. If it's just you, your opponent, and Crypt Rats in play, you'll end up only damaging your opponent (the damage Crypt Rats deals to itself will be prevented, and you will gain as much life as you lose). If there are more creatures in play, you end up gaining life off the combo.

EDIT: Actually, you're going to gain life every time you activate the Rats. If you activate for 2, you'll deal 2 damage to your opponent and 2 damage to yourself, so 4 total damage, which translates to 4 life gained, leaving you +2 :)

lol Frozen, don't try to do the math from the life gain.  It'll hurt you more than the rats.

You can use Basilisk Collar instead of Spirit Link to kill all other creatures.
