Play lust for war on your opponent smallest creature, ( best if it is a ornithopter) then enchant the same creature with PHYRESIS. Ya it sucks to get infected but has to suck more to infect yourself.

that would be great if lust for war made it so the creature did damage, but it doesnt... the enchantment itself does (just needs to be on a creature)
