Change Phyrexian Rager to Phyrexian Metamorph and Leonin Abunas to Leonin Relic-Warder. Seems the cards aren't in the database yet.

With Soul Warden and Leonin Relic-Warder in play cast The metamorph. when it etb target relicwarder then etb of relicwarder(the metamorh artifact one) target itself it exiles then because it leaves play it comes back in.... rinse and repeat for as much life as you like.

I forgot it was Phrexian Blue, so you can pull the combo off on turn 3, without blue mana.... even better :)

Could play it in a mono white to ensure the WW on turn 2 or just play the duals that don't come in tapped (as long as conditions are met).
