Umm, no... Only the Demon and the collar would be standard. Nice try though :)
If you wanted to, you could use Hedron Field Purists instead of the Mark. Like in this combo.

Just a nitpick: You seem to have been going for the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse for your combo title, but Plague and Pestilence are interchangeable. War was the horseman that would properly fill the blank.

Just a nitpick, but Plague Rats and Pestilence Rats are not interchangeable...

pestilence with opalescence is basically plague rats... but either way... it does work, just shows that it is more versatile, attainable for edh decks
