PLus these:


Force any negative effect creature on a player, and put glistening oil on it and let them bleed poison or whatever; sac creatures, sac lands; whatever evil, self damaging creature you want.

With Norn's Annex I may be able to play a U/W control deck that isn't a cawgo/blade/aggro variant.

Good combo btw, this is definitely going in my Orzhov deck "Bleed it out" It's sadisticly cruel.
