This isn't the most powerful combo, but it works.

When Doom Cannon comes into play, choose Zombie. Bring Ghastly Remains into play, and reveal any zombie card from your hand, to give Ghastly Remains at least a 1/1. Sacrifice Ghastly Remains to Doom Cannon.

Ghastly Remains will go into your graveyard, but at the beginning of any of your upkeeps, you can return it to your hand for 3 black mana, which will provide endless ammunition for your Doom Cannon.
