Skip your draw step. Whenever you discard a card, exile that card from your graveyard. Pay 1 life: Exile the top card of your library face down. Put that card into your hand at the beginning of your next end step.

Ivory tower to gain life = to the number of cards in your hand -4 on your upkeep...

and necropotence to pay life to draw cards...

so you can draw pretty much all you want,
and no downside!!!

Big down side. You get the card at the beginning of your discard phase. That is after the end of your end phase. You spend your turn low life and cards, then get the life at the beginning of your next turn you get life. It is still good, just not instant.

old combo, but missing Library of Leng (was a popular combo in ice age block)
