If a creature is tapped, it can't attack unless it says so in a card that it can attack when tapped but normally a tapped creature can't attack.. So, all the creatures that was tapped by SLEEP will not be affected by SIREN'S CALL.

Actually, it won't work. They Can't attack, because they are tapped. The way Sirens call is worded, it says any creature that can attack must. If they're tapped then they get around the sirens call destroy clause.

The way to get around it would be a limited type of effect like a Silent Arbiter effect. All of them can attack, but only one can. At least... that might work. Push comes to shove you play fog when they do attack.

are you sure thats true? It says that it doesnt affect Walls and new creatures. But since they are tapped, they cannot attack, so they skip part 1 of the effect. In part 2, it says that if it isnt a wall and it didnt attack, it dies. im probably missing something obvious, but does it just have to do with the rules?

This is directly from the MTG web-site, for rulings about this card.

10/4/2004 It will require creatures with Haste to attack since they are able, but it won't destroy them if they don't for some reason.

10/4/2004 The creature is destroyed if it does not attack because it simply can't do so legally.

2/1/2009 This will destroy creatures that weren't able to attack because they had been previously tapped.

So, if a creature is tapped, they are destroyed!
