simple enough...
your opponents creatures get counters.
therefore cant attack because of kulrath knight

The cool thing is..

this is "each opponent", so if you were using this in archenemy as the archenemy...
then that would be just plain evil :D

or maybe the treefolk with cumulative upkeep that puts +1/+1 counter on a creature your opponent controls...
