not bad, just one question.  since you don;t get the storm, why not go heavier and use traumatize you'll be able to mill more cards when it hits

imtg97--let me explain how this work.  The djinn has replicate which allows you to copy spells as you play them as long as you pay the cost for each copy, which has to be paid at the time of casting.  He is probally playing mono blue as it will allow the most bang for the buck, and since the djinn has a mana cost of 7, lets assume he has 7 islands (as other mana sources would not benefit from this combo).

On the 2nd opponents turn after djinn is played, the OP taps all 7 lands adding 7 blue to their mana pool.  with this mana they play reset and replicate it 2 times(1 mana left over).  the first copy resolves and they untap their lands, they then tap them again adding 7 to the pool, the 2nd copy of reset resolves untapping lands, tap again for 7 more, orignal reset resolves, tap again for 7.  At this time there is 15 blue mana in the mana pool.

The OP then uses this 15 mana to play brain freeze and copy it 6 times(ends up with 1mana in pool) .  When they play brain freeze they do get 1 copy of it due to the storm from reset.  So at this point the stack will have 7 copies plus 1 orignal of brain freeze, each one will then resolve independently milling 3 cards each for a total mill of 24 cards

Wow writting it out I realize that is alot of work for so little in return, a twincasted archive trap will cost the same as the djinn and net more...or even better see recent submission
