Play Dark Depths.
NEXT TURN
Play Swamp. Play Dark Ritual. You now have 4 total mana, 3 untapped. Play Vampire Hexmage and immediately sacrifice it. This let's you remove all the counters from Dark Depths. Removing all the counters puts a flying indestructible 20/20 Avatar Token into play.
NEXT TURN
Play Dark Ritual. Play Rite of Consumption. Sacrifice Avatar Token. It does 20 damage to opponent, and gives you an extra 20 life (not probable that you need it). You win if it's 1 on 1, otherwise, that's one less opponent to deal with.

its still turn three without the 1st dark ritual. you just play another swamp on turn three and dark rit it like usual. or you can add a lotus petal instead of another dark rit to make it a turn 2 win
