Grimoire Thief ability to mill is triggered. This wouldn't work. Good try though.

as i see it Experiment Kraj is the only think taping and untapping. Grimoire Thief's ability which triggers when he is tapped isn't transmited to Experiment Kraj. Only the sac effect would be given due to it being activated instead of triggered. Since that is useless for this the combo doesn't work due to triggered ability vs activated ability or static ability. The difference is big for Kraj or rings of brighearth.

How can Experiment Kraj untap itself anyway? Seeker of Skybreak's ability is 'T: Untap target creature'. If you put a +1/+1 counter on it,Experiment Kraj will tap to untap. Sorry, but with this and the other thing mentioned above, this combo just doesn't work. It's best to try and give Experiment Kraj a 'T: Target player draws a card' or 'T: Target player puts top card of his or her library into the graveyard' and an untap ability.

If you can pull off to where that your opponent has to draw cards instead of sending the top card of their library to the grave, you can pull off this combo for additional pain.
