i think norins effect prevents that from happening

this doesn't really work (I believe) being as Norin only leaves play when a spell is cast not if a creature comes into play, and since his ability is that he come back into play, no spell is being cast, also due to the legend rule, at the end of a turn when they both were in play, they would both be removed.

my mistake... i mis-read it... but it is ok with 1 norin and pandemonium just not great

unless you can get rid of pandemonium, then this combo is tough to get rid of.. as norin exiles as soon as any spell is played or creature attacks.. so he is a tough one to kill (short of royal assassin/icy combo or merfolk assassin/war barge

You could use him with Equilibrium instead.

Man this is the second combo i have seen on here that i've thought of and been using at least 3 weeks before
