First, have the enchantments Darkest Hour and Spreading Plague out. Now, all creatures are black, and any time a creature is put into play, all other creatures (besides itself) are destroyed.

To remove all other creatures, bring Whitemane Lion into play. All other creatures will be destroyed, and you can simply return Whitemane Lion to your hand. Re-use when required.
