You can use knowledge pool to cast ur opponents creatures as instants; for almost free. Just cast any cheap spell. Ohh and everything they cast plays as a sorcery meaning they can not cast spells if there is anything on the stack.

Wouldnt it be cool to have a deck based on casting cheap spells so you could cast your opponents spells with knowledge pool...? :)

Sensei's Divining Top would be useful to. Hold cheap spells and use it to know when your bomb is in your top 3.

Well, the combo is that if something would be cast from the Knowledge pool, it is cast as an instant, and if you have Teferi out, only you are that only one who can really cast spells.

Yup, Hungry's got it right here. I was waiting for somebody to point this out.

Basically, you just get to lock them out of using knowledge pool, but their spells still go into it.
