You need Thopter Assembly for this combo.

Have Time Sieve and Thopter Assembly in play. At the beginning of your upkeep return Thopter Assembly for 5 tokens. Pay the 5 mana left over for the golems cost (assuming you don't have other artifacts in play), replay the Assembly for free, then sac the five tokens for your extra turn. From here on out your Assembly will always be free to play, so rinse, wash, and repeat.

maybe with a master transmuter that it will cost 1 mana...

It is free

When thropter assembly is returned to hand you have 5 artifact thropter tokens and you have time sieve and you have Mycosynth Golem.  Thropter Assembly costs 6 and you have 7 artefacts , it is free
