With Amulet of Vigor in play anything that would come into play tapped is untapped. Umbilicus returns a permanent to your hand every upkeep unless you pay 2 life. With both of these in play you can cast Time Vault and it comes into play untapped. Tap it to take another turn. On your upkeep return it to your hand, cast it on your main again and take another turn. Rinse repeat etc etc  draw until you find your kill or beatdown, whatever
