Try to get Planar Void out first, to begin controlling the size of graveyards in the game. You want all of your opponents' graveyard to be as empty as possible.

With Web of Intertia in play, your opponents can only attack you if they remove a card from their graveyard. This really puts a limit on the number of attacks they can make.

Finally, as a little extra kick, you get to draw an extra card during your upkeep if your opponent doesn't discard a card from their shrinking graveyard.

Youve gotta be kidding me! Why would you dig up a 5 year old combo to post a decklist! Just make a thread! And not every combo should have a deck built around it!

Isn't this a public page? I'm getting into magic as right now... I'm asking for feedback for the deck not to complain whether I post something or not. I think this community was made to help others not to criticize some else's post.

Thanks.

It is to help, and yes it is a public page. However Pinkie is correct in stating you should make a new thread if you wish deck critique rather than engaging in the shady business of thread necromancy.

This deck probably provides much fun! And here is my opinion to aprimorate it:
1 - Blighted Agent is a great card, but not much effective since you don't have ways to boost up his power, even with two in the board, it takes five turns to end with your opponent.
Creatures that will work better, in my opinion, are Dimir Cutpurse, Headhunter, Hypnotic Specter, Needle Specter or Oona's Prowler. Each of these have their own cost and ability, but what i'm trying to say is: put bodies in the board to protect you, sometimes, you will don't have Web of Inertia on the board for this, also, break the hand of your opponent with low-cost creatures are a great idea since you're running a control deck.
2 - Try to cut lands, 22 is much for this deck, also, add dual lands, in this deck you can run cheaps duals like: Creeping Tar Pit (manland), Drowned Catacomb, River of Tears or Underground River. I'm not telling to you put all these cards in your deck, just choose what you want (in my opinion, Underground River and Creeping Tar Pit fit well for the deck).
3 - Ancestral Visions is kind of very, very expensive in turns.... if you want, add 4 Accumulated Knowledge, Grip of Amnesia (very useful in your deck), Think Twice (flashback) or Tolarian Winds (not finding Inertia or any piece of the combo? No problem, Tolarian in this!).
4 - That one is up to you. The Phantasm have a HUGE drawback, if you don't have the Inertia, this card is useless, but in other situation (with Inertia) is awesome. I would cut it and put Dusk Urchins, but this is up to you.
5 - That is the list of changes in my view:
- 2: Lands.
- 3: Ancestral Vision
- 4: Blighted Agent
- 4: Hunted Phantasm
+1: Gravestorm
The part of full the remaining slots (or not) is up to you!
Well, that's it, i'm not criticizing the deck, just giving my opinion... and if you wanna post deck ideas or anything that isn't a combo, just go to the Forums - General Chat - New Topic, that's the place in this site for non-combo topics. Good luck with the deck ;)

Also, a lot of the people that posted combos a while back don't frequent this website anymore.

If your still gonna run the phantasms, you could throw in netherborn phalanx. Could get you the win in a drawn out game, if you run into someone using a lot of creature kill and the unblockable approach isnt working.

Thanks for all your feedback guys! That helped me to make some tweaks on the deck...

I will definitively start using the forums section now.
