Turbine are you thinking of elfhame sanctuary? The Kite lets you have your draw phase and then for 3 and taping the kite search for a land.

Yes, but Elfhame does not cost anything to search for a land.

true but elfhame does prevent you from drawing a card in order for you to search for a land. So the choice at the moment is:

1) skip your draw phase to get a land or

2) draw a card and pay 3,tap the kite to search for a land.

Personally it just goes to how you design the deck around this really. Some may be willing to skip the draw due to a draw design built in the deck itself. Some might have the extra mana to pay three. Personal choices here and in this game the more options you have the better the deck is really.
