Very costly, but it is a very nice set up. Plus I love any combo that uses Form of a Dragon.

If you wish to use Form of a Dragon and cancel out flyers at a cheaper mana cost go White Red. Use Form of a Dragon and play Humility to cancel out flyers. Plus all creatures are 1/1's at this point making for easy kills. This format also allows for Powerstone Minefield to be of use creating a great creature defensive with an Aggro Offense.

The Stormtide Leviathan is not part of this combo. The Form of the Dragon already makes non-flying creatures unable to attack you.

It can provide some additional protection for your planeswalkers though. Expensive for that, but still does have a point.
